Life can be messy, tender, and complicated. Navigating major transitions, past wounds, questions about identity, or changes in relationships can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying things quietly for a long time. This can be particularly true when parts of who you are have not always been fully seen or affirmed. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of your story, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you.

I’m a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish), and I specialize in working with people navigating pre and perinatal experiences, infertility, adoption, identity, belonging, and relationship transitions. I work with client across a wide range of sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures. You may be exploring who you are, processing experiences that still linger or trying to feel more connected to yourself or others, Wherever you are in your journey, my intention is to create a space where you feel listened to, understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe healing happens in relationships built on trust, safety, and attunement. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and identity-affirming. I pay close attention to how family systems, culture, community, and societal messages shape emotional experiences, relationships, and a sense of belonging. Therapy is a collaborative process with intention and direction, while remaining attentive to your pace and what feels possible along the way.

I draw from evidence-based approaches that support deep healing and lasting change, including:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
  • EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)
  • Attachment-based and relational work
  • Play and inner-child work
  • Mindfulness and somatic awareness

These approaches allow us to work not only with insight, but with emotional and bodily experiences that shape how you move through the world. Whether we’re processing trauma, untangling relationship patterns, or making space for self-discovery, I’ll meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.

My work is:

Trauma-Informed

Grounded in nervous system awareness, emotional safety, and pacing that honors where you are. I support clients in understanding how trauma impacts the body and mind, and in building tools for stability, resilience, and self-compassion.

Culturally Responsive

Our identities, cultural backgrounds, family dynamics, spirituality, migration stories, and personal histories shape how we move through the world. I work with respect for the complex intersections that influence your experiences, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.

LGBTQIA+ & Identity-Affirming

I provide an affirming space for clients of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures. This includes queer, trans, nonbinary, gender-expansive, and questioning clients, as well as those exploring identity, expression, or belonging.
I recognize the impact of family systems, societal messages, and community context, and we work together to reclaim authenticity, self-trust, and agency.

Honoring the Whole of Your Experience

I believe that wisdom comes in many forms. It lives in your lived experiences, in your emotions, and in your body. It is also shaped by family histories, cultural contexts, and generational experiences that may continue to influence the present, even when they’re hard to name.

In therapy, we pay attention to these layers with care and curiosity. We listen to what’s spoken and what’s felt. Therapy can become a place for deeper understanding, integration, and healing that feels grounded and sustainable.

Who I Work With

I support individuals, couples, and relationship partners navigating:

  • Infertility and family-building journeys
  • Pregnancy and perinatal period
  • Adoption, identity, and belonging
  • Trauma, attachment injuries, and childhood experiences
  • Life transitions, self-doubt, and navigating change
  • Divorce, separation, and relationship changes
  • Grief, loss, or major life transitions
  • Burnout, helping-profession fatigue, or boundary challenges

My work centers your lived experience, your values, and the parts of your story that are still unfolding. There is room for complexity, ambivalence, and growth.

You’re Not Broken

Therapy isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about offering yourself care, space, and support to heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more connected and aligned.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect and explore how we can work together.
